Return Eligibility
Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are exempt from returns. This includes:
Custom or special-order items
Components with obvious signs of use or tampering
Items not purchased directly through Palmer DCS (i.e., third-party sellers or distributors)
Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support team at info@palmerdcs.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on where to send your item.
Shipping: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Full Refunds: For items returned in their original condition and packaging.
Partial Refunds: May be granted in cases where the product shows signs of wear or damage.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
